Elliot Lake
Last full day in Elliot Lake

This was my last full day at Elliot Lake so took the opportunity to take some odd pictures as I went around the city...

Last night we got locked out the house and this is the man that just happened by and managed to find a way for us to get back in :-)

Today I started off at the Standard office where I was being interviewed by the local paper

Editor and one of the journalists

This is the Seniors Club

This was just to show the Dialysis Unit in the Local Hospital where the Nurse in charge told us about Dr. McMillan from Scotland who in her opinion was the "Best of the Best"

And then it was time for lunch at the Fireside Inn

Sheesh... these senior citizens sure have a hard time! <grin>

And then a quick visit to Discovery North to pick up a CD

And then a visit to the Retirement Living offices to says thanks for their help

And that concluded my day and it was time to get back to sort out things in preparation for my final day tomorrow before heading off to other parts

I would like to express my thanks to Joyce and James MacKenzie and John Muir but also to the many residents of Elliot Lake for making my stay here most enjoyable and for going out of their way to show me the many attractions of their city.
